Cody Forbes started KELOH in April of 2018 and serves as the President and COO. Cody oversees day to day operations and campaign performance for all clients. He develops and creates cutting edge, strategic marketing solutions, yielding increased value to client campaigns. He has been in internet development for 20+ years and began to explore the talent acquisition advertising in 2006.

Guillermo Haas-Thompson is a seasoned professional in the recruitment marketing sector with 20 years of job optimization experience and technical development. Guillermo has a Master’s Degree from North Carolina State University and experience with a range of technologies and SAAS platforms including Ruby on Rails, Heroku, AWS, PostgreSQL, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google (Ads, Analytics, Ad Manager, Tag Manager).

With over 10 years experience in sales strategy and relationship building, Cameron Sides serves as the Vice President of Sales & Partnerships. He is responsible for directing and facilitating sales activities, and developing and managing relationships with key partners to ensure business objectives are met. He previously spent more than five years with ZipRecruiter as an advisor for recruitment strategies and execution. Cameron attended Arizona State University and studied Business Management. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family and his dog, Buddy.

Ty Ballard serves as the Director of Administration. He is responsible for monitoring budgets, improving information systems, overseeing human resources requirements, analyzing financial data, and developing operating procedures and policies. Ty graduated from Mays Business School at Texas A&M with a BBA specializing in Supply Chain Management. He also has worked on all ends of truckload spectrum as an Operations Manager for a 150 truck fleet, as a Carrier Sales Representative for C.H. Robinson, and as an Owner Operator.

Kayle MacDowell is an experienced marketing professional and our Senior Account Manager. She has a passion for providing outstanding customer service and leverages her time-management and organizational skills to deliver on this aspect consistently. Kayle has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and a Bachelor’s from Texas A&M. She has experience with data-driven campaign reporting, sales and marketing analytics, and social media management. Outside of work Kayle loves to read, travel the world, and play with her yellow lab, Knox.

Kevin Kean serves as Senior Platform Architect, with years of experience in the field of Programmatic Advertising. Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts degree and continues to expand his education in software development. Outside of work, Kevin loves reading, playing games and riding his Harley.
